dc.descriptionThe main objective of this article is to deal with the skills of teacher training, in order to contribute to a sustainable and regenerative development. It is urgent to transform the predatory behavior that the human being exerts on the Pachamama (Mother-Earth) to create a path towards the Good-Living. The theoretical framework brings an ecology of scientific knowledge and ancestral wisdom with a transdisciplinary methodology. In the first stage, the epistemic models of transdisciplinary education are analyzed: self-training, hetero-training, eco-training and onto-formation. The second stage summons the ancestral wisdom, the absolute, and alter-native to these epistemic models. The third stage presents Education for the Good Living as a pedagogical practice of transformation at an ontological, ethical, aesthetic, political, and scientific level. In conclusion, the study argues for a human cosmodernist training that integrates and combines the knowledge of an external physical universe with the self-knowledge of an inner spiritual universe.en-US
dc.descriptionL’objectif principal de cet article est de traiter des compétences de la formation des enseignants, afin de contribuer un développement durable et régénératif. Il est urgent de transformer le comportement déprédateur que l’être humain exerce sur la Pachamama (Terre-Mère au sens amérindien) pour former un chemin vers le Bien-Vivre. Le cadre théorique se constituer pour une écologie de savoirs scientifiques et sagesse ancestrale avec une méthodologie transdisciplinaire. Dans la première étape les modèles épistémiques de l’éducation transdisciplinaire sont analysés : l’autoformation, l’hétéro-formation, l’éco-formation et finalement l’ontoformation. La deuxième étape convoque les savoirs ancestraux, absolus et alternatifs à ces modèles épistémiques. La troisième étape présente l’éducation pour le Bien-Vivre comme une pratique pédagogique de transformation à un niveau ontologique, éthique, esthétique, politique et scientifique. En conclusion, l’étude plaide pour une formation cosmoderniste humaine qui intègre et combine la connaissance d’un univers physique extérieur avec l’auto-connaissance d’un univers spirituel intérieur.fr-CA
