Descripción :	Incompatible objectives are inherent in any human group, in it social relations structure a theoretical component that, warns in the conflict of the presence of the collective actor that operates the relations of influence of one on the other. Power, the central axis of the conflict, establishes in the culture its own codes that interweave the actions of the group. What is the meaning that the different groups identified in individual-collective interaction give to the conflicts established in the organizational context? In the investigation process the world view and the interests of the investigator that will lead him to approach one way or another to the facts are highlighted. Ethnography is the approach to investigate human groups, this is a micro or basic work that analyzes the interactions of the collective actor based on the idea of ​​the social machinery that interweaves school conflict. Los objetivos incompatibles son inherentes a toda agrupación humana, en ella las relaciones sociales estructuran un componente teórico que, advierte en la conflictividad la presencia del actor colectivo que opera las relaciones de influjo de unos sobre los otros. El poder, eje central del conflicto establece en la cultura códigos propios que entretejen las acciones de la grupalidad. ¿Cuál es el significado que le otorgan los diferentes grupos identificados en interacción individual-colectiva a los conflictos establecidos en el contexto organizativo? En el proceso de investigación se destaca la visión del mundo y los intereses del investigador que lo conducirán a acercarse de una forma o de otra a los hechos. La etnografía es el enfoque para investigar los grupos humanos, este es un trabajo micro o básico que analiza las interacciones del actor colectivo a partir de la idea de la maquinaria social que entretejen el conflicto escolar.
