Abstract

Thirty years after the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, this series brings together reports produced by international organizations and civil society organizations within the framework of the global Beijing+30 commemorative process. Compiled by CLACSO and UN Women for open-access publication, these documents provide a critical and up-to-date overview of progress, setbacks, and ongoing challenges in the global agenda for gender equality and women’s empowerment. The Beijing+30 Document Series seeks to contribute to public debate and to strengthen collective strategies toward a feminist transformation of policies, institutions, and societies.
